So Ijust got mybraids onSunday. Iwas there from 1pm to8.30pm. Bymonday myhead was itching sobad that icould not sleep.. onTuesday ihad totake themout… ilove this place but that was not agreat experience

It was awonderful services. Iwas calling yesterday morning for anappointment, Kandee did her best and checked mygirls inat5:00pm. They are very professional and patient and nice with clients. Mygirls just showed them the picture regarding the style she would like toget. Iam telling you guys they did itmuch better than the picture. Irecommend anyone who islooking for agood place tomake you happy, call them and set upan appointment. Ipromise you guys You won’t bedisappointed.

I had anappointment for2:30pm Iarrived at2:25pm. Mystylist did not arrive until3:30and did not begin myhair immediately! Ipaid a$50deposit online through zelle, when myhair was finished owner demanded Ipay incash but she never even told mea price. Owner went onabout how she didn’t trust meto goto atm and asked meto leave myphone and walk around the corner atnight totheatm. Irefused toleave myphone and owner asked employee towalk withme. ATM was down soI tried topay owner through zelle again & she refused itdemanding that Iwalk around the corner again toanotheratm! Ohand also Iasked for knotless braids.. these braids clearly have aknot! Will not return.… – show

Kandee's hands are blessed. Her braids are firm, but not tight. Ifyou are tender-headed, book with her and any one who knowsme, Iadvocate reviews good orbad.
The scheduling can bean issue. You have toschedule ona Wednesday at7pmor Saturday at7pm. Ifyou goto their site at7:01pm, you're out ofluck!00

Scheduling isthe absolute worse. Emails, telephone calls etc are ignored. Pre covid itwas atad bit better but always nonsense tosimply get anappointment. Also, the quality ofwork issimply mediocre asthey braid entirely totight and orthe style doesn't last.

Went toK&D toget myhair braided inbox braids human hair and Ilove myhair. The service was very good and mybraid stylist was fast. Ialso love that she didn't braid myhair extra tight.

Only reason why Ifeel the need towrite this review was because Iwas told one thing and then was called aliar. Myson went toget his hair braided and walked out with apound ofgel inhis head with gold hair ties that wedid not askfor. That night Iget home from work because myBF had taken him and called them immediately because Iwas literally dissatisfied with the work and the gold tips onaboy, not understanding why that was everok. The next day myson’s head was white and Ihad totake itout. When wespoke she said she would redo itfor free ofcourse amonth later she does not recall. Just tomake itclear myson would have NEVER returned tothis place ifthat comment was never made. Ofcourse response will bethey strive for great customer service but next time when you have aconversation with apaying customer remember what was said.… – show
